1. PATTERNS
We create patterns based on specific requests from our customers, designing the initial prototype and offering detailed advice on the materials, accessories and processes required to obtain the desired final product.
2. PROTOTYPES
The creation of the prototype (along with all modifications necessary) is followed by the development of any range of samples and the possibility of fulfilling eventual orders.
3. CUT
The graphics, in paper or electronic format, are delivered to the pattern cutter where the material for the subsequent packaging will be prepared.
4. PACKAGING
With the support of detailed technical data sheets and carefully-verified prototypes, our artisans package the garments in strict compliance with our instructions and delivery times.
5. WASHING AND DYEING
Our collaborators offer their many years of experience and the most advanced technologies in conducting all washing and dyeing processes.
6. IRONING AND FINISHING
The last phase includes ironing and finishing the garments before they are securely packed and shipped to our customers.
